Between $200,000 - $420,000 + GST. The price depends on size, location, existing infrastructure, and contributions from landlords and covers everything required to open the restaurant. This includes the franchise fee, all plant equipment, comprehensive training programs and opening marketing support. In addition to this, you will need to budget for working capital and supply a bank guarantee to the landlord at the beginning of your lease term.
We know every franchisee’s needs are different, so we also have a small model with lower set-up fees and a bar model with higher set-up costs. If you’re looking to rebrand an existing hospitality premise, average costs range from $150,000 to $200,000.
