Club HH is now part of the Hello Harry apps!

Yes, absolutely! The new apps just mean that you can now do it all in the app as well.
It’s likely that you created your account using “Sign-in with Apple” or “Sign-in with Google”, which means there is no password to be reset. Unfortunately, these sign-in methods are no longer supported, so you’ll just need to create a new account using an email address and password.
The Hello Harry app is powered by Bopple. If you see this message when trying to create an app account, it means you’ve previously created an account in the Hello Harry app, or another ordering app powered by Bopple. Simply use the login option instead. If you need to reset your password, you can do that on the login screen.
Unfortunately we can’t combine accounts like this. You’ll just need to create a new app account using the same email address that you used when you joined Club HH.
If your app account uses a different email than the one you used when to join Club HH, you won’t be able to access your points in the app. You can create a new app account using the same email address on your Club HH profile, and your loyalty points will come through to the app (once you’ve verified your email as part of the app signup process).
The app is the best way to quickly and easily view your loyalty points and see what rewards you have available, as well as being able to easily order all your HH favourites. If you’d rather not use the app, you can still join Club HH on our website.
